out in the early morning ours

A Structural fire in the early morning hours in colliers wakes many departments up.  Responding companies was Colliers, Hooverson Heights, Follansbee, Franklin, Jefferson Twp in PA and Hanover in Pa.  No one was hurt and the house was a total lost.
